Delivery

All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Items shipped to Canadian addresses take 5-15 days for delivery, depending on where you live. Orders shipped to the USA are usually shipped via Air Mail and take up to 10 business days for delivery.

Backorders

If an item is out of stock when you order, it will be sent to you as soon as stock is received.

Backorders are indicated in pink on your order copy enclosed with your parcel. You will be charged the postage fee for the entire order when your first shipment is sent, and NO additional postage for a backorder.
